I've had very good experiences with them. They've been good about getting
back to me within 48 hours if I have a question. They've also been nice
about setting things aside for me. On one occaision UPS misplaced my
package, luckily it showed up, but they got back to me quickly. (a few
hours) Now I happily use USPS.
In one instance they misplaced my order, and I had to email them to set
things straight. I think they're decent, their online stock lists are very
accurate, and they have gone out of their way to make me happy. This in
mind, I think they'll make good on what was promised.
Most of my communication was done via Ashlie, if that helps. You are right
tho, FE has a fax, no phone #. I believe they are mainly a distributor,
not a retail outlet, so this may explain the lack of a voice line.
