Check R&S and Music Man labels for his name. There are 4 or so volumes of
the "B-Sides" which was his project for the nascent Belgian techno scene.
Think "Ravesignal" for most of that stuff, but his newer stuff gets harder
(though I suppose in the preHoover days of 91, the smoothish Belgian sound
was the hardest thing besides acid) as evidenced by this listing at Resonance:
