Phil Evans didn't say so, but the posting to SoCal-Raves that he forwarded
to IDM concerning that event came from Philip Blaine, who is the promoter of
the largest L.A. events - Millennium, Millennium 2 a.k.a. Tribes, Plantasia,
the last Orb tour, and so on and so on. When Philip Blaine is the one saying
that it will happen, unless something seriously goes wrong, it's gonna happen
:-)
Looking forward to seeing all of the West Coast IDM posse there ... (right?)
