I'll 2nd the recommendation for Jeff Mills releases.

^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ Sounded a whole lot like creative use of the kind of canned-sample GeneralMIDI boxes the analog purists (and even us digital devotees) despise. Truly an example of making silk tracks from sow's-ear equipment. Jeff Mills combines the basic drive of club-oriented music with the subtleties you need to succeed for the living-room listener.
