I already agreed with you on this, and people know this if they have been collecting for 30 years or as 'little' as nine as the case may be with me. Anyway, since promos are not really supposed to be sold (but are anyway in almost every record store other than major chains), the prices differ, which means it is silly to argue about what promos should be priced _in general_ and what your local store prices promos for. Here's the bottom line about the IPE promo. I got ripped off. I misjudged how rare it was. I am no longer trying to sell it for $22.
