For all Dutch IDM-ers:
Ken Ishii will be on Dutch VPRO's "Laat op de avond" on monday 26-2.
He was interviewed in Amsterdam at the time of his live-performance at the
"Welcome to the future" party (23 december). A friend of mine did the
translation-job, so therefore I know that it wil be broadcasted on the 26th
this month. Just thought I'd let you all know..
One more thing about Ken Ishii and his adventures in the Lowlands:
His single Extra is featured on the YABBA DABBA DANCE VOLUME 6 cd!?
Ken Ishii can be found here amongst 2 Unlimited and Party Animals and other
crap...
Now is this a new way to educate the people who buy such boring comps?
Or does it show a complete lack of integrity from R&S?
I talked to Ken Ishii in october last year and he told me that he would never
sell out the way a lot of Japanese pop artists do (you know, wearing wigs and
stuff..). So he probably ain't too happy about this Yabba Dabba thing himself.
