Gotta agree with that for the most part, though there are still parts of Moonfunk that are cool, it's just a bit of a let down after the terrific Kokotsu release. Kokotsu gets a 9/10 (it grew on me, though the tracks are long and super-wooshy-filtery, jp-6 perhaps?) but I'd give Moonfunk a 4/10. The change is good though, as another Kokotsu would almost be too much. I think it is just a transitional LP or something, imho. Are Tournesol online? I'd like to know the synths they're using...on both said LPs.
