I assume you mean "Absolute Time"--or is there another one out?
I find Absolute Time a bit of a let-down after the wonderful "Beginning
to Understand". For one thing, it's a lot dancier (to such an extent
that I wonder if Vogel didn't specifically design it this way just
because it's a Tresor release.) Anyway, it's sort of hardhousey, not
awfully dense, but it has its moments. Nowhere near as good as B.t.U.
I actually wrote a full review of it and have misplaced it. Ah well.
