Relatively speaking, it may take different time-span progressions for releases to evolve from just being 'good' to 'great'. For me this release was instantaneous in my reaction. And for jusii, obviously a slightly different timespan. It may also occur for you sometime also. Well, as to your friends that play it on radio, spot the *keywords* - they contend that they have too much stuff that *sounds just like it* - and not vice versa! And remember that intelligence is a subjective concept. The only other artists/ releases that I can say pars on level with this release (within the minimal/ dub realm) at the moment is Monolake and the Clicks/Cuts compilation. 8, 8.5, 9 remixes also comes pretty close, I may say. Time will tell...
