Okay, every new genre was innovative when
it started.
But, any artist still making music in that
genre is not being innovative else they
wouldn't be in that genre.
meta-genres and really big(tm) genres are
omitted from this rule.

I got the new(ish) autechre anvil vapre and
it is pretty ok. It doens't move me in the
way that Incunanbula did.
When they make a transition from one part of
the songs to another I don't get the feeling
that they are building on the earlier part,
but are rather just moving sideways in the
same space. It makes the songs kind of even.
I love the artwork though, tres trippy!
