As do 100% of the CD-singles from TVT in the US (they advertise it on
their website*). Coupled with the information posted later about how only
the first Warp batch didn't have it, it would seem that the CD-single
*without* the unlisted bonus track is the more rare one. Kinda like the
first CD pressings of Nirvana's _Nevermind_ that didn't have "Endless,
Nameless" tacked on the end.
