Dunno about the album & single, but he's the same Dave Harrow that made most
of Anne Clarke's music. I do have one other solo single, "No easy targets",
and I think he also did a single with Peter Hope (who also did an LP with
Richard H. Kirk). After that, David played with Jah Wobble for a while, and
is featured on some On-U Sound records (Clail or Barmy Army, and one of the
Mark Stewart albums) as well.
