It's Nick again, Thanks for the info on Navarre, fourth wave recs etc.. I've been reading all the reviews of new releases, and I am particularly interested in finding out more about Russian techno. I've not got any russian artists as yet, and have not knowingly stumbled across any. Usually I don't care where the records come from as long as they're damn good, well up until recently, but I have found that Japanese techno Is generally as a form, cool. I don't know much about it though, and all i posess is a comp album on North and South called 'Believe in the frequency power.' Which is quite good. I still can't believe however this is the best that the whole of Japan has to offer. Ken Ishii's damn fine by the way. Someone asked about the Earth Nation record that I picked up last week, here's the run down: 'Thoughts in the past future' Earth Nation. Ralf Hildenbeutal and co.'s first album under the name Eart Nation on Eye-Q. I mistook this for a Single release rather than an album-sorry. I haven't a track listing on me right now, but there's 11 tracks lasting from 53 seconds to over 10 mins. The Album eatures vocals and heavy rock-esque guitar solo's all the way through. Some of it is a little hit and miss in my opinion. Still it has it's moments. Hi Rize 'SODIUM' on GPR- necessary. Cool track for the day Reload 'La Soleil de la mer' remix by Blackdog (Infonet). By. NICK.
