What would it take to get you to go back to having a presence on the list
comprised exclusively of For Sale lists?
There sure seems to be a list-wide maturity-plague of "I've been on the
list six months now, so I won't let anybody else be as lame as I was." If
you aren't careful, you might catch phase two: "I exchange email with my
new friend(s) Famous-So-And-So and they told me <blah blah>"-itis.
