i like this whole system of regurgitating mindless sayings in order to
make
oneself look impressive and credible. has anyone on this list ever
experienced what happens when a list starts yapping about off topic
subjects
too much. THE WHOLE LIST GOES DOWN THE SHITTER! i just came off dj
shadow's
"in/flux" list which has predominantly nothing to do with dj shadow.
examples of subjects:
salad dressing
ways to get a guy off
cd vs. vinyl (without stopping)
and all that other shit...
for the love of god, i actually enjoy this list because it belittles my
knowledge. it's nice to know that you only know about 30-40% of the
artists
being spoken of and that's the whole point. this list is a discussion
group
of I(ntelligent) D(ance) M(usic) and things related to it. where will
the
line be drawn once we start going and exploring other realms of music?
Some
of us are "narrowminded" because we don't want to talk about other types
of
music. when i wanna yap about turntabilism, i post to influx. when i
wanna
talk about techno, i check idm. it's that simple. history is bound to
repeat
itself if we ignore the warning of this young one's vision: keep it
real!
