The first track absolutely rocks, once you get used to the weird sounds. this
is their "Tied Up" as far as I'm concerned - a bit different from their other
work, and very meaty.
A bit like Garbage, the 4 tracks on the CD gradually mutate towards a mellow
feel, though the overall level is a lot less mellow than Garbage.
UK People - Points to note from the promo press sheet - Autechre are touring
the UK soon, and there will be a Peel Session on October 15th - that's a Sunday
I believe. Also they are hoping to get the video aired on the Chart Show. (well
half of it I suppose - having seen the Chart Show recently I was shocked at how
short they cut the videos now.)
