The new Spectre CD, "The End", on Wordsound has raps on many of the tracks. Musically, it's in the dark dub/illbient/Crooklyn school of sound. You may also dig some other Wordsound releases like Scotty Hard's "Return of Kill Dog E" and stuff by Sensational (although his stuff is pretty lo-fi - for his first album, he didn't own a microphone, so he recorded the lyrics through a set of headphones!).
