I would doubt it (although I haven't heard the Industrial Folksongs EP).
They have a similar sense of percussion but that's it. Everything Paradinas
touches has a warm, catchy melodicism drawing heavily from 50's exotica, etc.
while Cylob sounds like a big throbbing computer gone way out of control.
Cylob may be more intense but they have a radically different sense of
humor/fun. I know I'm just going on one track but all the Paradinas stuff
I own (which is most of it) is instantly recognizable as himself. Besides
isn't Paradinas mad at Rephlex for the Bluff Limbo thing? Why would he try
to release something else on that label, knowing that it would be delayed
indefinitely?
