Deconstruction, along with Arista, are labels distributed by BMG (RCA).
Were you asked about the derivation of certain labels, because
some of the labels and their owners taht you mentioned were a little off.
There are only a few major labels (6 distributors: WEA, CEMA, BMG, UNI, PDG,
and Sony). The labels are thereby utilized through the distributors.
Each distributor only had usually about 3 - 6 major lables, whcih in turn
would own other labels. For instance, Reprise owned by Warner Bros.
