I'd say it depends on whether or not you like the acts in question to begin with, as the tracks that I recognize from the albums are almost exact duplicates. The Banco de Gaia tracks don't add anything new, really, making them a complete waste of space (unless you've never heard them before of course). Not having heard the Timeshard and 2 of the 3 Eat Static tracks, I have to say they're pretty good. Timeshard have a weird hippy vibe, sitars and tripped out reggae stuff - nice, especially if you like On-U Sound. But of course the real reason I bought it was for the Eat Static tracks and I was not disappointed. "Bioforms" completely spazzes out in traditional ES style, "Area 51" is only slightly different from the album, and "Zarbi" is an epic, twelve-minute mindfuck that boldly goes where no techno track has gone before.
