I have his "Minimal Nation" EP. I flipped through Internal Empire and it
didn't sound even remotely as good. About the first half of Minimal
Nation is by my standards mildly wigged Detroit kinda stuff, but the
second 12" gets out there in a minimal way not far removed from Jeff Mills
or the Vision. Didn't floor me, but it's solid stuff. He's worked with
Mills as H+M with at least 2 EPs on Axis.
