Well, I wasn't meaning to ruffle any feathers. I incorrectly assumed
that the stuff on U-Trax was local Dutch artists... I was wrong. I just
meant that the Dutch acid that is coming out is threatening the previous
dominance of acid music by Germany. It used to be that the best acid
coming out of Europe was German (Structure, DJungle Fever, even Harthouse
has some good ones), but now Holland seems to be shooting off their acid
guns with the likes of Shiver, DAP, ElecTrick, Bunker, Acid Planet and
of course DJAX Up Beats... I don't mean to say that their is some huge
war between the Netherlands and Germany but I am really digging the Dutch
stuff. I really dig this U-Trax release so if it's a German guy then
GREAT! It's still wicked!
