If you'd like to unsvbscribe from the list, send mail to
majordomo@hyperreal.com with 'unsvbscribe idm' in the messages body. If
the list load is too heavy for you, there is a digest available that comes
out approximately once a day. You can svbscribe to that my mailing the the
same majordomo address with 'svbscribe idm-digest'
