Yes, it was always expensive, never below about 16, I've seen it as high as 20. regarding the earlier question, "Retro Techno" was a compilation of similar classic early detroit techno, relased on Network UK. Includes X-ray "Let's Go" and Cybertron's "Clear". As I don't have "Relics" I can't comment on relative quality, but "Retro" is 12 tracks of detroit bliss, recommended.
