Where do these stories start? Watts Music had these in stores a week after the English release. Did someone forget to tell them about the ban? And I wouldn't hold my breath about a domestic release, since TVT/Waxtrax, who picked up 'bytes' hasn't seen fit to release 'Temple of Transparent Balls' domestically. Enough industry talk -- if you don't have 'Spanners' you should seek it out, even if you thought 'bytes' was shit. It is most definitely state of the art. On Now: Cocteau Twins "Spooning Good Singing Gum" (Blue Bell Knoll). If Morrissey hates them, they must be good! -- Kent Williams kent@cadsi.com "Swirling a sound [in Quadrophonic Space] at an audio rate produces interesting spatial and modulative effects" -- Serge Modular Product Spec Sheet.
