Well, I saw them all at Tower Records, which has a mail order store at
1-800-275-8697. I called them and they said the domestic will be
available in March, and the import is $33 available now. This,
however, is bullshit, as I held a copy in my hand today for $15.99.
If you call them and tell them this (have them call their Concord, CA
store if you have to) you might have some luck. I'm going to buy a
copy now in case they are mismarked :-)
