How 'bout : If you want to add noise and introduce phasing problems and make your crap sound crappier use an analog EQ. EQ is one thing that digital actually does do better ( unless you buy a crap digital EQ ). ....and BTW, a lot of people go out of their way to get a 'crap sound' on purpose these days. - Paul
