Yes, and it's useful to have in any case. It was on ftp.apple.com.
It used to come with VoodooMonkey, a cool debugger which latched on to
running preemptive threads and such.
ObSparkle: it is available from the NCSA site, as one of Mosaic's
friends. It is an MPEG player, haven't had much use for it though
since existing quicktime stuff on the net is much higher quality than
most mpeg movies I've seen.
