If anyone is interested i feel its about time to burn some of my music to CD-R and get it to the public. So i've concocted an album of various stuff i've done over the past 2 years, most of the stuff is quite old and made when i had a fairly slow computer with a meagre hard drive (the album was created using various music software programs) exported as short loops and then sequenced together (not the best way to work, but i had limited hard disk space) and the quality aint too good (some stuff was recorded at 22KHZ) :( But i'm reasonably happy with the overall outcome, so if anyone would like a free CD-R of my music drop me a line, my influences are too numerous to name, but it does sound a bit like biosphere, monolake and such like in places. ciao, Mark ______________________________________________________ Free Email - http://www.lycos.co.uk Get your domain for Ј9.90 - http://lycos.uk.domainnames.com/default.asp?caller=lycos_ef Win a widescreen TV - http://sundayleague.lycos.co.uk

I'd like to do that but i don't have a credit card and i am based in the UK. I have however opened up an account with www.iuma.com but i've just about given up on it, every time i try uploading a track bigger than about 4 MB i get a "connection timed out" error, and my page still isn't online despite registering over a month ago :( ciao, Mark ______________________________________________________ Free Email - http://www.lycos.co.uk Get your domain for Ј9.90 - http://lycos.uk.domainnames.com/default.asp?caller=lycos_ef Win a widescreen TV - http://sundayleague.lycos.co.uk

Just a suggestion, but a really good way to get your music out on proper CDs is ampcast (http://www.ampcast.com)... it's only like $15 a year I think, but you can release proper CDs and not pay a penny for them (I think you can sell them to people for a minimum of $5.99) Cair eir Mike --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: idm-unsubscribe@hyperreal.org For additional commands, e-mail: idm-help@hyperreal.org
