Well, at least in that vein, the North Beach Jazz Fest has an evening on 8/3
called JAZZ FORWARD >> that's all about the whole 'electronic music meets
jazz' thing. It's going to be: Soulstice, Melanie Kai (both from Om Records)
doing live sets, and DJ's Fluid (Afro-Mystic) Scott Edmonds, John Paul & Dom
